Training Evaluation

JoCo Learning & Development Ltd Training Evaluation Analysis – April 2015 to March 2016

At the end of every training session, we ask learners to complete a Training Evaluation Form. This forms part of our annual quality improvement programme.

Learners are asked to rate their agreement with a list of statements. Here are the results from last year’s training sessions. The graph below shows how many learners ‘Strongly Agreed’ or ‘Agreed’ with the statements.

1: I am happy with the level of support I got from my trainer and that appropriate/constructive feedback about my performance.
2: Based on presentation style and knowledge I am happy with my trainer’s delivery.
5: The training attended met my learning needs
6: I enjoyed the training course I attended
7: The training I attended will improve my work performance

As well as gaining feedback about the training we have provided, the JoCo Learning & Development Training Analysis Form asks questions of the learner about their understanding of their organisation’s expectations in relation to their ongoing training and development and how they feel about the organisation’s training ethos. A report for each training course is provided to Managers.
